INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PAYMENT NOTE: You may need to use PayPal to process your order. Customers whose billing address is not in USA will need to pay with PayPal during checkout. Many international banks do not support the AVS anti-fraud settings we use in the U.S. If we see that your address has not passed the AVS system, your order will be cancelled and you will be asked to use an alternate payment method. Banks from Canada and the UK often use AVS, so these customers are less likely to have this issue.

 

International Shipping Methods & Costs

USPS First Class International--  Affordable shipping rates that include tracking numbers that can be tracked online. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed, packages may take 10-60 days to arrive, depending on the country and customs clearance. Only available for the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland..

UPS -- A balance between faster delivery and more affordable pricing. We are able to ship UPS to most countries. Delivery timeframe will depend on your chosen shipping method.

DHL Express--A quicker and more reliable method of shipping. We are able to ship DHL to most countries. Packages are usually delivered in 2-4 business days.

No Delivery-- We do not ship to a few select countries, including: Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Honduras, Colombia, Somalia, Malawi, Mail, Sierra Leone, and Rwanda. This list may be updated without notice at any time.

Shipping cost is weight-based; actual cost will depend on the total weight of items ordered. You will be able to see shipping costs, including all shipping methods before you pay. **Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 'Business days' means weekdays only and does not include Saturdays, Sunday, or holidays. Customs may cause additional delays beyond these estimates.


Tracking Your Order

In an effort to provide more reliable service to our international customers, we have discontinude the use of shipping methods that do not offer tracking. Since the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not always provide online tracking for packages, we are now only offering shipping to countries that they do provide tracking for on their First Class packages: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.

For countries not listed above, we only ship via DHL Express or UPS. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email from us that will include your tracking number, as well as a link to where you can track your package.

 

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

The customer is responsible for knowing the rules, regulations, policies, etc of the destination country. This includes knowing what product can be lawfully imported to the country of destination. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The customer/ recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties, and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Sometimes packages may even be held in customs for reasons unknown to us. The tracking information for your package should show if your package is stuck in customs. If tracking shows your package has been held in customs for several days or more, please call contact your local customs office. It is the customer/ recipient's responsibility to contact customs and/or pick up the package from the customs office if there is a customs issue. ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO CUSTOMS DELAYS, DUE TO AN ITEM BEING HELD IN CUSTOMS, OR BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT TO PICK UP OR PAY CUSTOMS FEES.

 

Returns & Refunds

We regret to inform our international customers that due to the extended time in transit and high cost of shipping, at this time we are not able to offer returns on international orders.

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, and are reserved for rare situations (for example if a package is lost or returned to sender). If a package is returned to us due to an inadequate shipping address (or other reason that is not due to our fault), cost of product only will be refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable). Sending Gifts Abroad

Due to the intricacies involved in shipping international packages, including customs clearance, it is NEVER a good idea to send a surprise gift to someone living outside the United States. If you wish to order from us and have it sent as a gift to someone living abroad, please make sure of the following:

  • Recipient should be aware that a package is being sent to them, and should be aware of the contents

  • Recipient should be willing to pay for any customs fees that are due; this includes willingness to contact the local customs office to follow up if necessary

  • Ensure that the address of the recipient is correct and has been confirmed by the recipient

  • Either the buyer or the recipient should ensure that the item(s) being purchased are allowed to be imported into the destination country.

In the end, it is the customer's responsibility that all the above are followed. Refunds are not offered for circumstances in which the recipient refuses the package or refuses to pay customs fees or follow up with customs in order to receive their package.
