5/10: Our Modefa Thickness Rating on this prayer rug is a 5 out of 10. This means it slightly thinner than standard velvet, and we call it "Eco Velvet." You might not want to use this Muslim prayer mat on a hard floor, as it doesn't offer much padding.

30 Day Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges must be initiated WITHIN 10 DAYS of order, by contacting us at orders@mymodefa.com. You will then have a total of 30 days from the order date to complete the return process (we must receive it within 30 days).
We will accept returns for items as long as they are in original condition (unused, undamaged) and in original packaging, with tags still attached.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, we are only able to accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
