What if there is an error with my order?
We do our best to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, including doubling checking and doing item counts before items are packed for shipment. Because of this, we have an extremely low incidence of order errors. However, as humans we can sometimes make mistakes.
If once you receive your order, you believe there is an error-- for example, wrong item or missing item-- please contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS. This will help us to confirm if you claim is legitimate. Especially in claims that you are missing items, if the items have been in your possession longer than the 48 hours, it is possible that you may have misplaced them.
