WE NOW OFFER FREE RETURNS on eligible U.S. orders!

30 Day Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges must be initiated WITHIN 10 DAYS of order, by contacting us at orders@mymodefa.com. You will then have a total of 30 days from the order date to complete the return process (we must receive it within 30 days).

We will accept returns for items as long as they are in original condition (unused, undamaged) and in original packaging, with tags still attached. 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable; most U.S. orders are now eligible for a free return, meaning we will provide you a postage paid return shipping label. We do not offer free returns on oversized items such as our large frames.

At this time, we are only able to accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
