30 Day Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges must be initiated WITHIN 10 DAYS of order, by contacting us at orders@mymodefa.com. You will then have a total of 30 days from the order date to complete the return process (we must receive it within 30 days).
We will accept returns for items as long as they are in original condition (unused, undamaged) and in original packaging, with tags still attached.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
At this time, we are only able to accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
