U.S. Shipping charge on orders under $25, and on international orders is based on weight and can be calculated before you pay. Charges start at:
$2.75+ for U.S. orders
$7.99+ for Canada orders
$12.99+ for other international orders.
Delivery Estimates:
Once an order is placed, we will ship out within 1 business day in most cases. From that point, shipping time-frames are as follows (these are estimates):
Economy / First Class: average 2-8 business days
Priority: average 2-3 business days
Express: 1-2 days, guaranteed or money back
First Class International: average 6-30 business days
DHL Express International: average 4 business days
International customers, please read our International Orders page for important information regarding international
orders, including what countries we ship to, customs fees, and details regarding DHL Express. Customer is responsible for any customs, import, VAT fees, etc.
We have a 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges must be initiated WITHIN 10 DAYS of order, by contacting us at orders@mymodefa.com.
You will then have a total of 30 days from the order date to complete the return process (we must receive it within 30 days).
We will accept returns for items as long as they are in original condition (unused, undamaged) and in original packaging, with tags still attached.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable (and our shipping cost may be deducted from orders that received free shipping); buyer will be responsible for mailing the item back to us.
At this time, we are only able to accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
