Multiple entries per person will be accepted. Entries accepted through January 2, 2018. Any participant who abuses the system by tagging the same individual(s) multiple times will be disqualified.

To be eligible for entry into the giveaway, entrant first must follow or be a follower (current or new) of Modefa either on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. Second, entrants must tag a friend in the comments on one of our social media Giveaway posts, or they can also be entered by sharing the post. If a post is shared on Facebook, private accounts must be temporarily public all day on January 3, 2018 so we can see and count the share, otherwise it will not be counted as an entry. Entry is restricted to current residents of the USA and Canada. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Winners of giveaways hosted by Modefa USA LLC within the last 6 months will not be eligible; this includes giveaways of Modefa USA LLC products hosted in partnership with blogs. Family members and staff of Modefa USA LLC are prohibited from winning.

Sweepstakes is hosted by Modefa USA LLC, 1819 Firman Dr Ste 143, Richardson, TX 75081.

One winner will be randomly drawn for the prize of one item: one instant hijab of their choice (value up to $29.98). Odds of winning depend on number of entrants.

After entry into sweepstakes has closed, winner will be randomly chosen from among entrants. Winner will be notified via social media (either by tagging or private messaging) or by email if provided. Winner will have 48 hours to reply to us, providing mailing address where item can be shipped to. If we do not hear from winner, prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn using same procedures. If second attempt fails, another winner will not be drawn.

The winner will be announced for giveaway on January 3, 2018. Announcement that winner has been chosen will appear on sweepstakes page on www.mymodefa.com and also possibly on Modefa USA's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. Please note: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are in no way involved with this promotion and are released of any responsibility by entrants and participants. The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
