This week we dropped a huge new collection of Magnetic Hijab Pins -- over 40 options, in 5 different designs!Since 2013, Modefa has been bringing you Magnetic Hijab Pins as the modern alternative to a classic straight hijab pin or safety pin. These 'pins' are a pair of magnets that join together to keep your hijab in place, without damaging your hijab.
WHY MAGNETIC PINS?
Magnetic pins are safer for your hijabs, and safer for you! No more snagging and ruining your previous hijabs; no more poking yourself or your loved ones! Simply situate the your hijab between the two pieces, and they will magnetically snap together for a secure and tight hold.
HOW STRONG ARE THEY?
We recognize that you might have come across some versions of hijab magnets that just don't do the trick. But these magnets are very strong and are perfect for securing your hijab under the chin.
WILL THEY SLIDE?
While our magnets are very strong and are for the most part very secure and great at keeping your hijab in place, keep in mind that since magnets are not pins, you can expect some slight movement during the day as you talk, eat, and otherwise move your jaw. These types of movements are what caused straight pins to snag and tear your hijab in the past -- but since there is not a sharp point on a magnet, they will slide across the fabric instead of tearing. You should avoid pushing the clasps too tight against your skin, as this will help them stay in place. If you are wearing a thinner hijab, then you can expect it to pretty much stay where you put it, as long as its not too tight in the first place.
